Henshaw, Chris (Barney Reels) - 3 1/4" Fly Reel - LHW, 1912 Check

For sale here is a 3 1/4" "Perfect" style reel from the bench of Chris Henshaw. Bright aluminum frame and spool with polished nickel silver winding plate. LHW with nickel silver line guard, the reel remains in excellent+ condition. White handle grasp with knurled nickel silver receiver. Strap-over tensioner works as intended with nice resistance throughout its range. 6-cusp spool is fixed by a standard-threaded screw. This reel is fitted with the desirable 1912 checkwork. 3 1/4" diameter with a spool width of 3/4", weight is 10.55oz empty. A lovely plate wind reel from Mr. Henshaw, best with a 6wt line.
