Thomas & Thomas - Montana 8'6" 3/2 7wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Thomas & Thomas Montana, 8'6" 3/2 7wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Serial #3026. Medium tempered cane with 3x3 nodes, transparent honey wraps with dark red accents. All sections are full length & serialized, and the tips both have very slight left-hand sweeps. Blued ferrules fit perfectly. 6.5" grip is lightly soiled with just a hint of ridging. Up-locking aluminum reel seat over dark wood spacer, and the collar retains the T&T roll stamp. The rod shows signs of use but was clearly well cared for. Weight is 5.61oz. Action on the medium side of medium fast with a DT7. Some may prefer it with modern WF6. A powerful taper from the T&T Individualist series. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube. The bag has a provision for a stiffener, but none is present.
