Reams, James - 8'3" 3/2 5wt Hollow Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Jim Reams hollow built 8'3" 3/2 5wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium flamed cane, 2-opposed nodes and oxidized snake guides with carbide stripper. Wrapped in transparent brown silks with chocolate tipping. Truncated Swiss-style ferrules fit perfectly. All sections are full length & serialized (#224) and both tips have light fish fighting sets. 6" grip is made up of 1/4" Flor rings and the rod is fitted with Ream's signature flared wood slide band reel seat. Weight is 4.06oz. Action on the medium side of medium fast, the taper is progressive, and it casts a DT5 with ease at all fishing distances. All the bluing remains in excellent shape, and the only obvious signs of use are a bit of grip soiling and the fish fighting sets.
