Goodwin Granger - Granger Special 9660, 9' 3/2 7-8wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Granger Special 9660, 9'6" 3/2 bamboo rod. Good used condition, all original except one snake on the mid is rewrapped. Ammoniated cane, oxidized guides and pale yellow/green wraps. Ferrules fit perfectly, and all sections are straight & full length. The Granger Special rubber stamp remains bold on the butt section. 6.5" cork grip is lightly soiled with a hint of ridging, and there is a small chunk missing from the bottom. Pat Pending reel seat. The varnish shows imperfections throughout with some chips/checks and pervasive alligatoring. The varnish isn't soft, but it's far from perfect. Feels like a 7/8wt. Sold in a replacement bag and the original tube with partial label.
