For sale here is a John Zimny 7' 2/2 4wt quad bamboo rod in mint condition. Medium flamed cane, dark guides and transparent brown windings with black tipping. Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and the tips are numbered for ease of rotation. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#270034). 5.5" grip is smooth and bright, and the rod is fitted with a cap & ring reel seat over burl spacer. The butt cap retains the maker's stamp. Weight is 3.1oz. Crisp, medium fast dry fly action. A lovely small stream rod from the Delaware maker in perfect shape. Sold in the original bag with brass acorn ferrule plug attached, and black powder coated tube with J.C. Zimny logo.
