Wojnicki, Mario - Model 251GF, 8'3" 2/2 4wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Mario Wojnicki model 251GF, 8'3" 2/2 4wt bamboo rod. Excellent used condition, built on a darkly flamed blank with bright snake guides and carbide stripper, wrapped in pale orange-brown windings. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#8316). Fiberglass ferrules fit perfectly with gaps to allow for wear, and the female is fitted with a black Delrin ferrule plug. 6.5" cork grip is soiled but smooth. Dual slide band reel seat over fine wood spacer, black micarta cork check and cork & micarta butt cap. Medium fast, semi-parabolic action. A nice spring creek rod, comfortable with a WF4 at 20' or 50'+. Sold in the original fold-over bag and brass capped tube with maker's stamping on the cap & below the collar.
