For sale here is a 7'6" 2/1 4wt R.L. Winston bamboo rod. SF-era, good used condition with two condition notes. First, the tip has a pronounced set through the entire length (should be correctable by an experienced hand). Second, there is a small chip on the top flat in the middle of the tip section. It looks minor, but it would merit an invisible wrap. The rod features medium tempered cane, hollow-fluted construction, putty colored wraps and oxblood accents. Bright snake guides and carbide stripper. Duronz ferrules fit perfectly, and the sections are full length and serialized (#9706). Skeleton cork grip and seat with aluminum hardware and black Bakelite windings check. Scripted & actual weight is 3oz, and the original owner's name is scripted on the butt. Medium action, this rod is 1/8oz lighter than the cataloged 7'6" "Leetle Feller". A fine trout rod that could use a little attention. Sold in the original bag and tube.
