Weiler, Art - 7'9" 2/2 5wt Bamboo Rod (Garrison 209e Taper)

For sale here is an Art Weiler Garrison 209E taper rod in excellent used condition. 7'9" 2-piece / 2-tip, best with a 5wt. Blonde cane with oxidized guides and pongee wraps with chocolate accents. Swiss-style ferrules fit perfectly (ferrule plug is tethered to the bag), and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. All sections are full length & serialized (#430) and both tips have slight fish fighting sets. Bent loop hook keeper and skeleton cork grip with cap & ring reel seat, in the Garrison tradition. Scripted weight is 4oz, but my scale reads just under 4.2oz. Medium fast progressive action, one tip is marked "L", but the difference in action is subtle. A nice rendition of the popular 209e taper. Sold in the original bag and tube with the maker's label affixed.
