Tom Morgan Rodsmiths - 9' 4pc 7wt Graphite Rod

For sale here is a 9' 4-pc 7wt graphite rod from Tom Morgan Rodsmiths. Mint condition, I see no signs the rod was even lawn cast. The 7wt graphite streamer was one of the last rods designed by Tom. Progressive action, made for throwing everything from double dries to heavy streamers, even in a strong headwind. The quintessential big water boat rod. Built on a sanded gray blank with bright guides and red agate stripper, wrapped in dark burgundy threads with gold accents. All sections are serialized (7-08), and the rod was made in 2022. The original owner's name is inked on the butt sections. 6.25" full wells grip is clean and smooth, and the rod is fitted with an up-locking NS reel seat over dark burl spacer. 1" fixed fighting butt made of flor & composite cork with TMR insert at the base. The rod packs into the original cloth bag and Al Swanson walnut tube. Other than a little shelf wear to the tube, the whole package looks brand new. Somebody take this thing fishing!
