For sale here is a Tom Morgan Rodsmiths 8'6" 4pc 7wt fiberglass rod in mint condition. Built on a dark maroon sanded blank with bright snake guides and red agate stripper, wrapped in dark claret wraps with gold accents. Spigot ferrules fit perfectly, and each section is serialized (7-09). The original owner's name is inked on the butt. 6.4" full wells grip is smooth and bright. Down-locking nickel silver reel seat over dark burl spacer, and the butt cap retains the TMR medallion. Weight is 5oz. A smooth but rather powerful 7wt rod. A nice caster in the 4pc format; this is one you don't see every day. The rod appears in as-delivered condition and packs into the original bag and heirloom tube with quilted tube protector.
