Sweetgrass Rods - Mantra 8'6" 2/1 7wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Sweetgrass Mantra, 8'6" single tip 7wt bamboo rod. A well-loved rod that shows signs of honest use but remains quite serviceable. The varnish has some scratches/scuffs and there is one small ding under the stripping guide, but all appears to be cosmetic. Medium toned cane with bright snake guides and transparent brown windings. The bottom snake guide on the tip looks like it was rewrapped. Ferrules fit perfectly and the sections are full length & serialized (#11-013). The tip has a slight droop in the last 18". 6" grip is soiled but smooth, and the rod is fitted with a down-locking reel seat over dark wood spacer. Weight is 4.69oz. Action is medium fast with a strong tip. If you're looking for a split cane rod to fish big stoneflies or hoppers out of a drift boat, this is the one! Sold in the original bag and tube.
