For sale here is an 8'3" 3/2 6wt bamboo rod from Sweetgrass Rods. Made in 2009, the original owners name is scripted on the rod. Excellent used condition, featuring medium flamed cane, 2x2 nodes and oxidized snake guides with red agate stripping guide. Wraps are caramel brown with red accents at the ferrules. All sections are straight, full length, and serialized (#1271). Ferrule fits are perfect. Bamboo winding check, 6.5" cork grip (smooth & slightly soiled), and nickel silver slide band reel seat over mortised cherry wood spacer. The back of the spacer has a slight dig from the slide band, which could be addressed without too much trouble. Scripted weight is 4 1/4oz but my scale reads closer to 4 5/8oz. A smooth casting 6wt with medium fast action, I prefer it with a WF6. Packed in the original bag and tube with Sweetgrass logo affixed.
