Schroeder, D.G. - 7'6" 3/2 4wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Don Schroeder 7'6" 3/2 4wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium flamed cane, dark guides and red agate stripper. Cinnamon colored wraps with dark brown accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#33903). Blued Swiss-style ferrules fit perfectly, and the females are fitted with brass and cork ferrule plugs. 6" cork grip is smooth with light soiling, and the rod is fitted with a blued cap & ring reel seat over dark wood spacer. The bluing is in good shape and the butt cap retains the maker’s stamp. Weight is 3.94oz. Crisp, medium fast action, a fine 4wt taper. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube with Don's silver label affixed. The tube collar is split but has been neatly reglued.
