For sale here is a beautiful H.L. Leonard Hunt 36-3, 6' 2/2 3wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium flamed cane with oxidized guides and blued hardware. Wraps are crimson with purple accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#636), and the script is in Tom Maxwell's distinctive handwriting. 10/64 ferrules fit perfectly. 4.5"cork grip is smooth with light soiling, and the rod is fitted with a cap & ring reel seat over tiger maple spacer. The butt cap retains the H.L. Leonard roll stamp and "HUNT" on the reverse. Weight is 2.40oz. Medium fast action, a marvelous small stream taper from the Maxwell-era at Leonard. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube.
