For sale here is a RHW 3 1/8” Hardy Perfect fly reel. A pre-WWII reel, featuring ribbed brass foot, free spinning ebonite handle, agate line guard (2 stable cracks), rim mounted tensioner and engeagable spare pawl. The leaded finish is worn to a dull gray color, and the spool has some light residue from an old fly line. This reel has a hairline crack on the spool side of the frame, just below the line guard bezel. The crack appears stable, and the reel is mechanically sound. A well priced user, ready to take fishing.
