For sale here is a Ted Godfrey Classic 2 3/4" fly reel in excellent used condition. Diameter is 2.75", frame width is 1.30". Featuring partially ported spool and frame with nickel silver bands, adjustable drag and counterbalanced S-handle. Currently set up for RHW but can be converted. Mechanically perfect, the drag adjust works as intended and the reel has a strong, crisp check. A few nicks/scratches to the nickel silver bands and the face plate, but these are purely cosmetic. A nice 4/5wt reel from Mr. Godfrey, this one is loaded with backing and a newer looking Rio Gold WF5F. Sold in the original suede zipper case.
