For sale here is a Ted Godfrey BiMetal size 40 fly reel. Near mint condition, the reel appears unused and bronze frame has just a hint of patina (as it should). 2.5" frame diameter (2 3/4" pillar to pillar), with a frame width of 1.23" Capacity is for a DT4 + 25. The Godfrey BiMetal is a beautiful modern adaptation of the original Leonard BiMetal reels. Nickel silver sides, bronze frame and bright aluminum spool. Counterbalanced 'Gothic S' handle with white grasp. Weight is 6.28oz. Sold in the original leather drawstring pouch with reel paper.
