Garcia-Conolon - Lee Wulff Model 2071, 7' 2-piece 5/6wt Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is a Lee Wulff model 2071 fiberglass rod, made by Garcia-Conolon. 7' 2-piece rod, scripted and actual weight is 3.2oz. Excellent used condition, featuring a smooth olive green blank with bright guides wrapped in dark green windings and silver tipping. Metal spigot ferrules are witness marked and fit snugly with 1/16" gap. Modified torpedo grip is slightly squared and leads into a down-locking gold & silver aluminum reel seat. A scarce rod from the early 1970's, the 2071 was originally rated as a 6/7wt, but I find it to be more of a 5/6. Sold in original bag and tube with 90% label.
