Bogdan - Model 400 Fly Reel - RHW

For sale here is a rare Bogdan model 400 salmon reel in mint, unfished condition. RHW. The largest reel in the standard Bogdan line up, this one sports a bright aluminum frame & spool with black side plates, counterbalanced S-handle and poacher’s knob. Strong adjustable double brake with multiplier gear. 4" diameter, spool width is 1 5/8" and the reel weighs 13.97oz. The reel has never been lined and packs into the original suede drawstring pouch with the original plastic packing bag, Bill Hunter manilla label and reel paper from Bogdan. Also included in the sale is a handsome custom alligator case made by Arne Mason. A difficult reel to source, don't miss out on this one!
