For sale here is an 8'3" 2/2 Model PB, semi-hollow quad bamboo rod from Bob Clay at Riverwatch Rods. Excellent++/lawn cast only, serial #16422. A fast action 4/5wt, beautifully finished. The rod is lightly flamed and heat treated to a golden brown. Dark snake guides and green agate stripping guide with complementary green windings. All sections are straight and full length, and the hand rubbed matte finish is nearly flawless. Carbon fiber ferrules fit perfectly. 6.5" cork grip is clean and smooth, and the rod is fitted with a gunmetal pocketed cap & ring reel seat over dark wood spacer. 3.48oz overall weight. The action is rather fast with pinpoint accuracy. I like it with a heavier WF4 or DT5. Sold in the original corduroy bag and powder coated aluminum tube.
