For sale here is an 8' 2/2 4wt hollow built rod from the bench of Bill Blackburn. Excellent+ used condition, the only sign of use is a hint of grip soiling. Medium toned cane, dark oxidized guides and transparent caramel windings with dark accents. All sections are straight, full length and serialized (#4291). Ferrules fit perfectly, and all the bluing on the rod remains in excellent shape. 6" cigar grip is perfectly smooth, and the rod is fitted with a cap & ring reel seat over burl spacer. Weight is 3.81oz. Medium fast progressive action, a versatile trout taper and one of Mr. Blackburn's best! Sold in the original bag and tube.
