For sale here is an 8' 2/2 4wt hollow built rod from the bench of Bill Blackburn. Excellent+ / near mint condition. Wheat straw colored cane, oxidized guides and transparent caramel windings with dark accents. All sections are straight, full length and serialized (#124). Ferrules fit perfectly, and all the bluing on the rod remains perfect. 5.75" grip is smooth and clean, and the rod is fitted with a cap & ring reel seat over burl spacer. Weight is 3.63oz. Medium fast progressive action, a versatile trout taper and one of Mr. Blackburn's best! Sold in the original bag and tube.
