For sale here is an early Scott F703, 7' 2pc 3wt fiberglass rod. Very good refinished condition. Built on a yellow blank, the rod has been completed rewrapped. Spigot ferrules fit snugly, albeit with no gap. The skeleton grip & reel seat appears original, with gold cap & ring hardware and varnished winding check. Some effort has been made to preserve the original writing, and a date of "Oct '76" is written opposite the model info. Serial #K70-118. Medium, full flexing action. A nice taper from the early days at Scott. Sold in a replacement bag and tube.
