Schroeder, D.G. - 7'6" 2/2 4wt Quad Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Don Schroeder 7'6" 2/2 4wt quad bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Flamed bamboo, dark snake guides and red agate stripper. Transparent brown windings with dark tipping. Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and the female is fitted with a knurled brass ferrule plug. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#56715). Squared composite winding check leads into the 6" cork grip (smooth with light soiling) and cap & ring reel seat over mortised walnut spacer. Minor bluing loss to the ferrules and the reel seat hardware, and the maker's stamp is intact on the butt cap. Weight is 3.74oz. A progressive dry-fly taper, perfect with a DT4 and an excellent do-it-all trout rod. Sold in the original bag with stiffener and brass capped tube with maker's data label affixed.
