For sale here is a Phillipson MF80, 8' 2pc 6-7wt fiberglass rod. Excellent original condition, made by 3M in the 1970's. Built on a painted tannish yellow blank with dark guides and brown windings. Bell-style ferrules fit perfectly, and the female is fitted with a metal tip check. Butt script is bold and clear. 5.75" cork grip (smooth with light soiling), and black anodized down-locking reel seat. Medium, full flexing action. Feels like a true 6/7. Sold in a red fold-over bag (no tube).
