For sale here is a Marc Aroner 7'6" 3/2 4wt Hunt Pattern bamboo rod in excellent+ condition. Medium toned cane with 3-up nodes. Dark snake guides and Mildrum stripping guide with red wraps & orange tipping. Bench made ferrules fit perfectly; the males have knurled collars, and the females are fitted with NS ferrule plugs. All sections are straight and full length, and the varnish remains perfect. 5.5" cigar grip is clean and smooth. Cap & ring reel seat over Koa spacer. The butt cap retains the maker's roll stamp. Blued hardware throughout, there are a few light mounting marks on the reel seat spacer and just a hint of bluing wear to the hardware, otherwise the rod appears to have been lawn cast only. Weight is 3.86oz. Medium fast action, smooth and accurate, I like it with a WF or DT4. Sold in the original partitioned bag and brass capped tube with maker's stamp.
